The Register shows only 658 997.2 GT3s were produced - supply and demand.
I'm surprised these have not risen above MSRP, then again, collectible cars seem to take 10 years back to really rise

Agree - been shopping these - similar build with 9K miles was about $117K and no over revs and in good shape. It sold.

Tell me about the signal orange 911 in the background, what year and model? Had a '72 in that color but had to sell it in 1975 due to military orders. I miss it to this day
