Some Basalt black GT3 love...

(Disclaimer: this is black, not basalt black.)
Black was the LAST color I wanted to own. It's a spectacular pain in the ***, especially if you're obsessive about cleanliness like I am. Every tiny swirl mark, water spot, residue from detailing spray, dust, pollen, et cetera is magnified. I used to walk around my car with an LED flashlight after washing before I came to the realization that it wasn't good for my mental health. It never looks perfect, and that drives me bonkers.
That said, for a few minutes after you wash it... it does look kinda nice, I guess.

As a DD No Way would I want a Black car. BUT I Love Black Porsches.. They require more work but as my Dad taught me, and how I teach my kids through example... Take care of your possessions.

Agent F1 - those are great pics. Do you know who the photographer is? Can't quite make out the script. It's the exact spec of my car (black w carbons) so would love to get a high-res version. Thanks
