Not to highjack Mooty's thread but I have one of his old bars for a 997 I would like to get gone. If anybody on the east coast is looking for a bar I have a TC Design bar for sale. Just like Mooty's ad mine is $1000 and available for shipping to the east coast. It is packaged up and ready to go as I never took it out of the package from when I bought it. The 997 I have currently came with a GMG bar so I didn't need to install this one.

^ take GMG out and stuff tony bar in there. it is THE BEST, bar none. NOTHING i have seen compares to it, not even the oem club sport.

I have TC Design rear cage/bar, in black crinkle paint in my 996 GT3 and love it. Looks right, gives the driver, especially tall guys, more room to move seat back, and just looks right in the rear cabin. I couldn't be happier. Best rear bar ever!

What's the finish on the roll bar? Gloss black or crinkle? Any idea of how much Tony charges for install? I contacted him but haven't received a response yet so figured I'd ask.
