Default Ti Wheels Lugs

How critical is changing from stock to Ti? Assume the stock weight is factored into suspension/unsprung/sprung weight, overall set up, especially specific to area at the wheels?
I realize many change out wheels to lighter brands, etc, but just curious to hear GT3 owner educated comments, opinions.

Thanks for comments.

My take is that Ti lugs are more about cosmetics than the functional benefit of the relatively small decrease in unsprung weight they offer. They are really pretty, though.

Just my opinion, YMMV.

Lugs are near the center of rotational mass so they have almost no effect on rotational inertia. You'll save maybe a few grams switching lugs to Ti. I'd argue that the difference in weight is about on par to the difference between the weight of a new rotor and that of one at the end of its life. They are virtually maintenance free though (no rusting, corrosion or paint chips) if that matters. Spend the money on a track lesson.

I have them and am happy. Look great save some weight and the cost was minimal... some pay more for less useful bling so its just a choice but I agree they aren't critical but darn pretty

Funny, but thanks for the variety of comments.
Ive been on 4 different tracks in the East (with my C4S) with Porche DE events and around lots of dedicated track folks, but never heard anyone discussing lugs, which might explain some of the RL comments.
thanks again.
