Delvac performs way better on track. Silky smooth once warmed up. It is not smooth when cold.

Op: do this first, adjust shift cables, bleed clutch again. If this issue persists it may be a pressure plate issue.

I spoke with the shop that did the work. They also thought it might be the cables. I am taking it in next week. I'll report the verdict.
