Default Disabling TPMS and Seat Airbag with Durametric Pro

Does anyone have experience using a Durametric Pro to disable TPMS and seat airbags on a .1 GT3? Is it simple where you just go through a few menus and turn them off or more involved? Any physical connections need to be modified or removed?

Thanks

Got it thanks, very helpful.

If anyone has the specific menus/order of menus that I need to access with a Durametric Pro for coding these two items I'd appreciate it as well. I don't think I can get my hands on a PIWIS.

Good timing on this subject. Hope you don't mind me expanding on the TPMS subject.

My car seems to have switched sensing on the left side. Front displays 34 and rear displays 29.
This gives an occasional overpressure warning on the front and underpressure warning on rear.

I only have the regular model Durametric. Will the Durametric Pro be able to untangle this?

Maybe there's a shielding material available to block the signals coming from the wrong direction????

From what Durametric says the Pro version can disable TPMS but not the regular version since it's a coding feature and the regular can't do coding. My sensors are dead in my street wheels and non existent in my CCW's and I prefer the old fashioned longacre mechanical gauge so I want to disable it all together.

Thanks, the write up that Spyerx sent me had the instructions for that. Now I just need to figure out which menus and options I need to select.

I had my shop disable mine a few weeks ago but it still pops up 15 minutes later and gives me the yellow TPMS light. Maybe they forgot to unplug it in the trunk?

Likely from what I've researched on the topic.

Another question. If I'm putting in Recaros do I need to disable the thorax airbag before I take the stock seats out or can I swap the seats, get the error light and then turn them off later?

Is the thorax airbag the only airbag I need to turn off when replacing stock regular GT3 seats with Recaros?

Does anyone know if you have to disable the thorax airbag while the stock seats are still in the car or can you do it later to turn off the warning?

Thanks! Any bad repercussions of driving with the race seats in until I borrow a durametric to code it out other than the annoying light? I.E. airbag warning light doesn't affect any other systems or function of the car right?
