Mooty I say again, you are the man brother.
Just a minor correction, I am 65 and Vietnam was my era. I was drafted in 1968. I was not part of the Middle-East / Iraq conflict.
Jungle vs. desert setting (understand Afghanistan is mountainous) ... which would you take?????
As much as I hate the snakes (only good snake is a dead snake) I'll take jungle combat. I was involved in Central America in mid 80"s. Honduras Camp Big Bear, Sandbag Company.

The retail on these seat new are $$

If you have a .1RS and you want it to look correct, these are the proper seats as delivered in the euro .1RS.
In time, a .1RS with factory roll bar and these seats will be the way enthusiasts want them.
The *** sofa seats are more comfortable but not many people will be daily driving their .1RS to care. They will care about weight, and these seats are the lightest factory option. They make the GT2 buckets look like pigs...

I have a set for my .1RS as the car is going full correct euro clubsport spec and becoming a garage queen for cars and coffee duty...

If you have a .1RS or planning to get a .1RS, you want these seats and factory roll bar to go with it.

When you park your .1RS with *** seats next to a real 964RS or 993RS you will understand.

You can take your buckets and stick `em "Use Imagination"...

Might as well as open your own store and become a forum sponsor!

Love you kid!

Damn that's around $19K US! I don't understand why cars, expensive cars, can cost a lot more more for new cars and OEM parts from the dealers in Europe slash England et al. Richard Hammond spent $190K for his GT3 before the stop sale. In the States that translates to about $300K - and in Australia forget about it. Also the depreciation I see on vehicles in England just makes me want to start an Import Business because even with Transportation a good number of these cars have depreciated much more so than in the states. But folks would have to get use to driving in the car on the passenger's side.

Sorry for jacking the thread for a moment mooty. Those seats will be sold before you know it.

/end ramblings

Oh thank goodness my RS is retired from track or else I'll be wiring Mooty more money plus my fat *** being too wide for these beautiful seats.
