As of late this afternoon, Auto Gallery is still offering this car for sale, says no deposit or contract in place....it represents very good value as a driver in the 4.0 world.

Last time I checked banks aren't open on Sunday. I have bought multiple cars from the auto gallery and I told them I would wire funds on Monday. If they sell the car to someone else I guess it's not meant to be.
