Default Winter Tear down/ work

I assume like most everyone here you put your wheels up for the winter if you live north of the Mason Dixon line... My winter work includes removing the front and cleaning out the screens, full brake fluid change, balance tires..( the set for the street) air filter, oil change... Is there anything else out there that I am missing?

weld the coolant fittings if not done! I just did mine along with replacing every coolant hose and every maintenance bit. New car to me and a fresh start for her!

Yea, in Oct last year had the engine out for RMS replacement... While out I had the pipes welded and installed the Sharkwerks pipes...

I have not done a Gearbox Fluid change before... I will need to go and research that.. Perhaps there is a write up in the Forum DIY section

It can be tough to get the fill plug out without the right tools. So be sure to get that out before draining the trans oil.

Get a can or two of this stuff for your coils. It is available from A/C supply houses. Works fantastic.
