Default 2010 GT3 Pricing

I'm considering selling my 2010 GT3 and wanted to get some feedback from the forum on pricing. As I have read over the last several months pricing for this generation seems to have increased given the current supply and purist sought out non-PDK transmission and hydraulic steering attributes. Looking at the most common car selling websites, asking prices for well maintained, well optioned, low mileage GT3's range from 105K to 135K. My GT3 has 15K mi, is in immaculate condition and well optioned. Any feedback on sell price range would be greatly appreciated. Option details are noted below. Thanks.

I guess it depends on how fast you want to sell.

For a real data point, recently a 2011 with with similar miles went to a dealer for 113k very quickly - https://rennlist.com/forums/997-gt2-...l#post11899955 (who is now asking 140k for it - http://inventory.eurocaroc.com/web/u...ornia/1679023/).

110k to 115k is about right. It seems to me that the 130k numbers are reserved for the super-low mileage examples (under 5k). The GT3 market has become like the Ferrari market, where 15k is no longer "low mileage". To wit, half of all GT3s+RSs on Autotrader have under 15k miles.

Agreed.

That's far above retail asking.

If you're ok not bragging about getting 'top' dollar for the car, you can move that beaut' very quckly.

The market has replaced the eyes of some owners with dollar bill signs. The cars you see listed on the marketplaces have been there for MONTHS because of this. A GT3 will not sit if priced right.

Thanks everyone for your insight - much appreciated. I think I'm going to hold on to the car for a while longer before pulling the for sale trigger.

Not for a 2010. But for a 2011.

Good idea. You'll appreciate that you did not sell your car.

I would agree, there are only so many of the 3.8 GT3's and the demand right now is more than the supply .... and there won't be anymore
