100k

Because assuming a 75k valuation, an ugly 996 gt3 should not be 90% of the cost of the sexiest narrow body gt3 ever and a graphic coated .2 rs is not worth 2x

My .02

For a mint 2007 GT3 with ~ 25,000 miles - what should a guy expect to pay? Can I get a range?

Thanks,

75-80K is what you're going to expect to pay.
77K for that car with GT2 buckets and Roll bar is a good deal. GT2 Buckets are $$, wish i had them in my car!

When you don't really post a real and detailed FS ad and a potential buyer has to ask a thousand questions (like I did) to figure out what they are actually getting, it's not really the potential buyer's fault

Post a for sale ad with all of the details and people will stop asking so many questions

i am with you on that. there are buyers and their are hagglers. 30 min should be all it takes to buy a GT3. VIN, DME.
pictures are not that useful. they all look the same.

i have offer on a 34000 mile CTT for $65. tire kickers told me that's whole sale price. well nice, then go buy it.

I guess...if you are willing to wait for the right buyer who already has advanced knowledge about these cars (in this, let's face it, niche market)...totally up to you as a seller

Disagree there (bolded part). Know the saying "pictures are worth a thousand words" I've caught uneven panel gaps and other weird things just on pictures. Paint too. Some unscrupulous sellers out there.

With that said, sell me a set of E88 5 lug .1 narrowbody
