Default Anyone Know This GT3

Lots of visible mods: cup wing, wicker, dive planes, cup front spoiler, CGT seats, roll bar, quick release steering wheel, 4.0 airbox, cup side mirrors.

Wonder what else has been done and how it's been driven.

Long and infamous history behind that car, just do a search.

Cliff notes:
GMG built, motor grenaded
Orbit rebuilt motor to OEM 4.0 specs

Wasn't this the one Champion had for sale at $212k a few months ago?

That's the car; very unfortunate history.

The sad part is some poor unsuspecting soul will buy that car not knowing it's infamous history.

For the right price this is a great car as long as you trust Orbit's work on the redo of the motor - given the history probably should not command a premium though

Good car. A steal at that price.
I know it and the previous owner. a Real 4.0. Built by Champion / Orbit.

Nothing wrong with it, hardly tracked, lots of CUP parts, lots of options and a real 4.0 with 3.8RS serial number is all.

Eddie probably helped build it at Orbit. Totally trustworthy.

Yup, that's the one.

Most work was done right at Champion, than for 18 months to GMG.....
Than to Orbit to get it fixed right with OEM 4.0 parts.

Very well documented and honest car, yes there is a story but in this case all good for a buyer, the car was hardly tracked maybe a day or 2. Previous owner is a super nice guy. Too nice probably to the people who did not do right by him. An enthusiast that hardly had a chance to enjoy the car.
A better drivers car than the real 4.0.

Too bad he had to let it go for such a low price.

Take this car to Orbit for PPI and you know everything there is to know about the car.
