Hand bags at six paces!:P

If anyone is getting old... a pal of mine who's a carnerd and has known me since 2000 called me a stuck-up, grumpy OLD gt3 zelout today. I was trying to tell him how big and heavy of a POS an Audi RS7 is but....

After winterfest 2015, the RS will be heading back north across the border to retire as a west coast grocery getter and lite track tourer. It would be really nice if it could stop at sharkwerks along the way for an engine swap.

January 2015 the hunt begins for a Cayman donor to beat on. Full cage, slicks, 3.8L...
should run like a raped ape....

As always, great work Alex. Though we've never dealt with each other, the quality of your work speaks volumes.
My little POS engine build could only aspire to your accomplishments.
BUT
I'll say this, it would be interesting to run the two RS's on the track.
Again your work and development Alex is an inspiration to ALL forum members and the Porsche GT3 world.
Hopefully one day we'll meet. My time is limited. The bullet always tells the truth that haunts me. (45 Cal. in the mouth)
Regardless, it would be great to run our engine builds on the track.

Alex you are a first class operation. Brother I mean it!!!!

Ranger .

I like this idea. I actually am sad we've done 18 of these 3.9s but none to a pumpkin?!?!

Hey Ranger even though we haven't met I think we're both members of the same crazy-nut-job half-way house right? You head up the East Coast and maybe I the west? Seriously though from only having talked to you on the phone and emails and over the years following your progress I know we have the same sickness You've got to have a stomach for this sort of nonsense that we do And you sir are an inspiration to many so always keep at it! Oh wait I forgot to mention Jamie...

I would love to have you drive mine and me drive yours that would be an epic treat to be honest We could do it beginning of Rocky IV (end of Rocky III) style We'd have fun that is for darned sure. My secret weapons of mass GT3 construction are James/Dan/Todd/John. I'm lucky they put up with me but honestly I couldn't ask for a better group of knuckleheads. Without them there would be only a decal.
