Another coolant thread
I just ordered an OEM air filter from ECS tuning and while there I ordered coolant/antifreeze to have. I searched quite a bit on all forums and still felt that it was best to get the genuine porsche one, so here it is:

Description says it's Pentosin...but is it OEM/pink?
But there's also Pentofrost SF:

And has anyone used Mo Cool?

easier/cheaper to just go to your local VW/Audi dealer and ask for G13 coolant.
Should be about $25 a gallon.

Pentofrost SF is silicate-free (that's what SF stands for), and is equivalent to Audi/VW G12+. Porsche's coolant is more equivalent to G13, in that it is nitrate-free, but does have silicates. Older versions of Porsche's coolant may have been silicate-free, but the new stuff is backward-compatible, and can be mixed with the old Porsche coolants.
