[QUOTE=irish guitar;11438790]Congratulations, that's a beautiful car. I bought their black RS a few weeks ago. They were great to deal with and have been excellent in regard to resolving a couple of minor post-sale issues, too.

Enjoy in good health.

Vivian

Thanks Vivian- Congrats on your purchase! I have worked with Bill before and I find him to be terrific to deal with.

Would others agree, 140 miles is nothing but it's just been sitting so literally everything should be go over. Would like to see how many hours are on the clock with this one.

Was it hooked up to a battery tender and has one of those super light weight, what are they Lithium Ion, batteries?

Ya know a dealership would ask a lot for this one. Basically being a "Collector's" car so far. I would drove the snot out out of it up in the hill around Tehachapi and Ridge Route I & II - the roads that existed before the grapevine.

Lucky, awesome find.
Thanks!

346 Wheels Painted Silver
388 Standard Sport Bucket Seats
430 Standard 19" GT3 Wheel with Center Lock
450 Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB)
474 Front Axle Lifting System
480 Manual transmission
490 Sound Package Plus
510 Contrasting Color - Guards Red
585 Cupholders
603 Dynamic Cornering Lights
619 Bluetooth Hands-Free Phone Interface
640 Sport Chrono Package Plus
672 Navigation Module for PCM
78 Black Full Leather
789 Factory Code for Exterior Color to Sample
810 Floor Mats in Interior Color
870 Universal Audio Interface
98 Custom Color Flat
P23 PCM 3.0 with Extended Navigation
XSC Porsche Crest Embossed on Headrests
XSY Seat Belts in Speed Yellow

Base is $166.3k, PCCB would be ~$9k, Front Axle Lift is ~$3k, PTS is ~$8k, and that's not even close to being done with options.

The car does appear to be slightly modded since arriving from the factory (if anything, at the very least, the wheels were painted black -- which I think should've really been done from the beginning).

Anyway, congrats again on the grab! Enjoy it in good health, and... post pics when you get the car!

Haha!!

As a original Vancouverite - I didn't think there was any waterfront that stacked up to ours- still don't - that's why I kept a spot there but the beaches in Michigan are pretty damn spectacular - sugar sand- the water hits 80 in the dead of summer and outstanding golf courses! I sound like the Governor don't I!

Indeed. Originally a Canadian spec, later converted (not a whole lot had to change, really) and imported to the US.
