Default Harris Reveals True Feelings on New 911

You'll have to "suffer" through the R-Type review for the full skinny. Can't say that I disagree with him.

Leave it to CH to point out there is soooo much room for a 550HP Cayman...

Wifey wants automatic, and 4 door but if she said 2 door I'd be a jag for the girl from Munchen..

He even mentions the 997 RS is the best performance car he's driven.

Let's all agree right now that there was never be a better track drivers car covered under warranty than the 997RS. The 4.0 was just that plus more better, more special and only an idiot sold it.

There may be a super fast manual RS in our future.
There may be a manual fast Cayman in our future...
With warranty. Unlike the 997 RS for the same dollars.

As soon as we hit 2018 and they are ALL out of warranty watch the 997RS skyrocket.

I think he means all years of the 997 RS. He mentions both the 3.8 and the best.. 4.0.

.
But they will never have hydraulic steering and who knows if they'll ever have a real race motor again.

I am not sure what the sticker price is for the jag but it is indeed their greatest offering since this XK of the 60's.
Porsche would have to build one hell of a Cayman to compete.... As in a Cayman with a 991 Turbo stuffed into it with rwd!

And CGT's have moved up $100k in the past year.
