Default Pilot Sport vs Sport cup 2 for a garage queen?

I'm the original owner of a .2 gt3 that has just turned 6k miles. The rear tires are reaching the end of their life so I've been looking to replace all 4 tires. It's basically a garage queen that gets driven on the street only in good weather only. Would you go with the pilot sports or the cups? I don't really need the extra treadwear or rain capabilities of the sports. Nor do I really need the extra performance of the cups. These will undoubtedly be the last set of tires I would have on the car since I plan to sell soon. As a buyer, would you prefer one tire over the other that's on the car? Ie, would one be better for resale value given they would be fairly new tires?

Super Sports are nice....but....if you want to lean towards a more sporty tire with more stick and a great ride I highly suggest the Yokohama AD08R. I just put a set on my car and am extremely happy with them.

If you'll sell soon, MP sports cup is the OEM tire, may be better value for resale as performance in rain is not anything you're interested in. But this is just my opinion...

I'd put on MPSS. You will not get your extra $800 back on resale by have the cups on the car. Plus if you put a 1-2k miles on the car before selling the MPSS will still look new. Same miles on cup tires may look worn to the next buyer and may diminish resale.
