...at 2x the price. In that price range, I'd be looking at Trofeo R's instead.

Having a hell of a time trying to get my hooks into the nittos up here in Montreal. Most shops are giving me a 6-8 week wait period. If anyone knows of a place in north Eastern usa that would ship nittos to montreal i'd be super grateful for the info.

Nittos seem to be on WW backorder right now in the 305 rears. Last shop I called got no ETA from Nitto.

Trofeo's by the way require minimum -3 camber up front. I've seen guys running around -2 totally destroy Trofeo's in a day at the track as they are very sensitive to the alignment.
If you have to you could run Toyo R888....not the greatest but better than street tires.
However I just put on Yokohama AD08R as my street tire and it's pretty wild how much grip these tires have. They are about the grip of a R888 but a whole lot more than Michelin Pilot Sport Cups.
