Default Michelin Pilot Sport Cup Tires

Michelin Pilot Sport Cup Tires. How many miles do they last on the street, generally speaking. If I decide to change to a street tire would you recommend, Michelin Pilot Sports?
Thank you

4-7k miles depending on how you drive. I went from those to Michelin Pilot Super Sports. Nothing but positive things to say about the super sports. I put 15k on the rears and 25k on the fronts before getting a 2nd set

Never got more than 4k on a set of MPSC's; YMMV. If you want to go to street tires for a NB car, the PSS's and Hankook RS-3's are awesome. 1/2 the price and 3-4x the mileage.

I will probably need to replace the cups soon too. Debating between MPSS and AD08R. Any opinions?

If the MPSC2s are available in the right size that probably would be the best choice but I don't see 19" in GT3 sizes on Tire Rack at least.

MPSC are great tires but do not last and kill the wallet.

Super sport (305) currently on a national back order. Get in line now if you want to get them sometime in May.

Cup 2's are supposed to last 50% longer (in track conditions) and provide 18% better grip. If you are going to go with cups, go with the Cup 2's if the sizes fit.

I am running PSS on my turbo, have about 7-8K miles on them, a good 6 days of track time and they look practically brand new! I find them amazing.

I just ordered the Super Sports based on info from this board and Damon @ Tire Rack. Like they said above, rears on back order for a couple weeks.

Pilot sport cups lasted me 1yr & 2 track days.
Currently running Bridgestone RE-11 as my car has limited track use; they've lasted 2yrs & 4 track days. Very good overall tire, but not as grippy as the Sport Cup.
Now I'm leaning towards the Yokohama AD08R as I've read some great reviews.
