40' wide, 35' deep, block at 11'4", vaulted ceiling to 15' for lifts, no structural beams anywhere. Plus a workshop area approximately 20'x20'. And still not enough room. It's sickening, 4 cars here, one 200 miles south, another 1100 north, two karts, plus two also 1100 miles north, plus my tire trailer for the GT2. So yeah, not really enough space, especially if I get a small enclosed trailer for kart racing.
