Deteriorating caliper seals

Any of you trackers had deteriorating caliper piston seals, presumably due to the heat?
I just changed my rotors again (went to slotted) and noticed the caliper piston seals look pretty rough around the edges in certain spots. No leaking yet, but the seals are looking kind of rough in spots.
If so, is it not too tough to replace the seals?
Thanks

OK just did a search and found threads. Should have done the search first.
But another question: if the outer dust boots are frying and need replacing, does that mean the inner seals probably need replacing too?

Yes, the seals will definitely deteriorate with lots of track use. You should replace them as part of periodic brake maintenance, depending on how many track miles you do. Do all the seals and boots at the same time. Once you have everything apart, it makes no sense not to.

You will know they are bad because the brakes will drag. When my car is in low speed sweepers on the street the brakes pulse on their own, and it feels like I'm tapping on the pedal lightly.
