Water pump? Ummm none. Other than coolant pipes as preventative. This is not high miles. Just get a good ppi. Clutch if it's been beat to hell.

just wear and tear kind stuff. Calliper dust boots. Calliper bolts.
Rear main seal might be a little dried out and leaky but no real cuase for concern.
25k miles is nothing on these cars.

All correct. I have 27K on mine, car has been bullet proof. In my 3 years of ownership, and beating the hell out of it on track, I have not had to replace anything due to mechanical failure. Recently performed the following maintenance in the last couple thousand miles:
Rear main seal (mine was an early build, didn't even have the TSB "spacer" Porsche added to the RMS)
New Clutch & Fork (it was actually working fine, but free labor at that point)
Pinned all coolant lines
Spark Plugs
New Caliper dust boots

Thanks all.
The reason I asked about the water pump was that, although the GT3 is a very different car, my 2006 Carrera S gave up hers at 26k, and I've heard of many others having to replace also around that mileage.
I appreciate the feedback.
Vivian.

the car I'm looking at was first sold April 2nd 2007. Is your car similar vintage?
Dealer tells me clutch, belts, plugs and ignition coils done.
