Have been following developments re these guys for some time. From what I've read on the UK's pistonheads website, SICOM had real issues balancing the demands of private customers wanting their discs refurb'd on the one hand, and on the other maintaining their bread and butter work servicing works-teams such as Ferrari. Something had to give, and there have been some private customers who've been let down. AFAIK tho' no-one has questioned the quality of the actual refurbishment they offer...it's just they might take an eternity to get your discs back to you!
