Congrats on the RS. If it is a .2, why not just put the CL back on the Gt3 and use the 5 lug conversion on the new RS, unless it's already been done or is a .1?

The RS that I bought already has a 5-lug conversion.

My opinion as a recent buyer that was in the market.
75k for .1
90k for .2.

Problem was I would have to spend an additional 10k to convert CL to 5 lug bolt ( wheels tires / 5 lug hardware etc ).

Big turn off for me as real cost for car would be 100k just for me to feel comfortable driving it hard. If i had patience or had someone on call that could switch the wheels for me correctly every-time...it would be a diff story and stick with CL..but even after seeing that youtube video, i would be scared.

If you car is set up for the track and already tracked much, chances are you will anyway attract the track crowd, so keep the 5 lug. If your car is otherwise stock and not tracked much, convert back and it will appeal more to the stock/street/collector crowd.

<- fellow trojan and congrats on the RS.

Sell as-is but include the CL's so as to attract the most buyers BUT let the next guy pay for the conversion back. It makes sense for sellers to minimize cash outlay when selling.
