Looking for a 997.2 GT3, specifically in guards red - I am partial to that color. I'm looking at a budget up to $100K - track is okay so long as maintenance was stringent.
I was unfortunately screwed over by Porsche of Delaware, had a deal with an agreed upon price slightly below asking but another buyer swooped with the asking price and they pulled the rug from under me.
I had a deal on a 4.0. Drove 500 miles round trip to meet the owner. We had dinner and had a mutual commitment along with a firm handshake. Long story short, he ditches me and it's now at Marshall Goldman. Incredible considering he insisted he wanted it to go to an enthusiast and not a dealer. Thanks G*****o for screwing me over!
Serge944 was trying to sell his recently. Not sure if it sold or not but meets your criteria other than its on the wrong coast. I'd reach out to him to see if its still available.

Wow that's terrible. Guess some people don't have any sense of doing what's right.
its been sold already. had a deal with them at 97k and they bailed on me probably bc they had a buyer at 105k at dealership. Some dealers are such scumbags..

That's why you deal with good reputable private party sellers instead of stealerships.
