As for time, while the morning is usually better in terms of traffic, what ive noticed is the weather isnt always the best at that time. Im open for either, but just throwing this out there that it may be nicer to meet a later than 9am so any fog/mist has burned off and the roads arent slick.

tye. don't worry about morning fog or deer

what u can't see will not hurt u. if see a bike climbing kings mt in dark with no lights. that would be me
