Happened here too. Just get it fixed and then replace it with a more reliable aftermarket.

Yep happens more to the mk2 rs than any other center exhaust gt3. Titanium wasn't the best material to use back there for longevity especially when tracked. You can replace it with a slightly heavier stainless one or of course this:

Man am I glad I don't have to deal with the problem of cracking OEM mufflers since I don't run any. No mufflers FTW!

I removed side mufflers and removed tit center and put on oem GT3 steel rear center. Had the seams welded of the steel oem center muffler with an extra plate over the seam. Cheap fix, has lasted.
Autoquest in Fort Myers (Gavin is owner, Stephen is head mechanic, Frank is mechanic) did the work and provided the pre-formed/bent plate(s).

I did the exact same for my steel center, but let the record show you let the cat out of the bag. Didn't want to steel any thunder from all the M&M sales.

Gavin shipped me the pre-formed plates, had my shop weld them on. Been perfect ever since.
