I understand your point now.
My wife has a lot of things that just sit there - shoes, clothes, handbags, watches, jewellery. She never sold any of them, just keep buying.
As a result, I have more than enough reason to let my cars just sit there.

Oh I hear you on that ...

One thing that is a known fact in my household is that my wife has no saying in my cars (toy cars). If I think it will stink, I don't tell her, just keep it away, and on top of it, she just got a new car, about 12 days ago, so I have leverage for a little while.

I fully agree. I can see these RS's in the next decade being like the 993's are now.
Hell I kick myself for selling the 964 Carrera Cup car I had back in the 90's.
I bought for 60K and now they go for 150K!!

women never sell their stuff etc, because they never want to face the torment of perhaps seeing some other woman wearing their stuff, even if it goes half way round the world, there is always a chance.

on the flipside, woman don't wanna buy clothing or jewellry that has been worn by another woman...

so, stuff never get's sold in their world.
imagine if mooty was a woman; he would need an aircraft hangar to store all his stuff..

my wife buys purses that can be resold on ebay for what she paid for them even after they have been used!

Trouble is she never sells them.....

Mooty must have at least half a hanger now the way he is always finding parts that have been sitting in a corner to sell

And women don't sell things cause tthere's always that chance it may come back into style or that it may match that one outfit they have that they wear once a year
