I got the below reply from BBS so your opinions rennlists,
Unfortunately, we do not have a direct fitment for the non-RS GT3 cars. In mono bloc 19” we have only the RS fitment at 9.0 x 19 ET +47 and 12.0 x 19 ET +48. In three-piece, we can duplicate the rear fitment for either RS or non-RS (12.0 ET +48 or 12.0 ET +61) respectively, but for the front we can only do 9.0 ET +43, which is a little tight even on the RS cars. There are people who have used this on the non-RS cars, but this should be for a racing / track day setup only as it requires additional camber. At 8.5, I can only do it at ET +36.5 due to the fact that the outer rim half cannot be narrowed to achieve the 8.5 width. I can only narrow it by reducing the size of the inner rim half as this wheel combination already employs our narrowest outer rim half, the 1.0”. It will probably fit better at 9.0” anyway as it will stretch the tire.

Are you guys using a different centerlock wheel center than the BBS 997 cup? Looks a bit different in the picture from the cup centerlocks..
The 997 cup mk1 runs 9x18 ET43 and 11x18 ET30
What are the optimal sizes and offsets for your cars?
9x18 ET ? and 12x18 ET 61

The 997 cup centerlocks are a whole different centerlock system altogether. The street cars have a street centerlock set up.
For the 2010/2011 997.2 street GT3... these are the 3-piece BBS centerlock wheels fitments:
997 GT3 Center-lock
Front Uses 0201182 center / 1.0 outer / 8.0 inner ET + 43.0 (tight fit and need to run camber)
Rear Uses 0201183 center / 1.5 outer / 10.5 inner ET + 61.0
997 GT3 RS Center-lock
Front Uses 0201182 center / 1.0 outer / 8.0 inner ET + 43.0
Rear Uses 0201183 center / 2.0 outer / 10.0 inner ET + 48.0

Yup but I take it those are not the cup ones?
Here are the ones that I have a couple of sets. Are these only good on the cup cars then? No street cars? These will make 9x18 ET43 with (8"+1") and 11x18 ET30 with (8,5"+2,5"). Offsets and sizes can be changed of course.

The numbers I gave are for street GT3 BBS centerlock centers. The cup cars BBS have a race centerlock and will not fit the street car centerlocks.

track is the width of axle (simplistically)
it will not affect what wheel you can or cannot use.
the number you care most about is rim offet
smaller number means wheels are more OUTBOARD.
the CL wheels designed for widebody pushes out, so that's why BBS said yo need more camber. it tilts the wheel in so less likely to rub fender.
5-6mm is no prob. more than that, you are taking chances.
