Great choice on the CAE shifter.
I had it installed and it's the best hands down.

You are going to love the CAE shifter. It is a stout piece of craftmanship. I assume you also got their shift cables which are impressive.
I have never experienced anything more precise, sharp and confident in the shifts. Extremely short rifle-bolt movements.
It's right there by your hand on the steering wheel just like a Cup sequential shift lever.

I have the 996 cables.... Hopefully they are as good as the CAE shift cables.

New CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTINS shoes for my baby girl!!!!!!!! AKA THE ALMIGHTY BBS have arrived!!!!!!!

Thank you Eric @ SUPREME POWER PARTS for all the help on these wheels!!!!!

Painted my stock Guards red mirrors to matte black.

Also today had my CAE shifter and CAE shifter cables installed by my master PORSCHE mechanic DUSTIN @ NEILLO PORSCHE (pic of Dustin below after cable and shifter install). The MOTORSPORT CUP CABLES are great, but the end links did not fit well with the CAE shifter, so the MOTORSPORT CUP Cables are for sale.

Thanx to all these guys for their honest inputs on the CAE shifter: 911slow, P.J.S., RSRanger, FFaust, & jcb-memphis and especially to 911slow for trying to help me with my cup cables to CAE shifter install. Everything they have said is true..... the car should of came with this shifter, and the car should of definitely come from the factory with the cup cables. My take is that the cables made the big difference and that the Motorsport cables and CAE cables are essentially the same. Both have that rifle bolt feel and action. The shifter itself is a work of art and is in a different world in itself with the shifter closer to the steering wheel.

Thats all for now for updates. Thanx for tuning in on my personal build.

Congrats on all the mods. Your RS in pristine white with the BBS looks like a Cup car just from the factory.
Wait until you drive the CAE shifter. It is the ballz on best H-pattern short shifter period end.
All the best.

Thx Ranger for the kind words...... The CAE shifter is a great shifter..... A little overkill for the street, but shifts on the dot and precise!!!!!

I wish I can do an engine build like you, but I know I cant afford it, and this car already has enough power and performance that i barely scratched the surface on mastering.

Your GT3RS is one of my all time favs here and I'm thankful for all the input and suggestions u have given.

Looks awesome! Is the CAE shifter adjustable? How does the throw compare to stock shifter?
