John, I believe I saw this car for sale on. Looks like a great buy. Enjoy in good health ![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Just shoot me an email, and I'll take care of you. Now I got my 'out of the office' message figured out (hopefully) people won't freak out lol ! Anyway If I'm out it's only for a few days at a time during summer time.

I was under the impression that front cage requires helmet - am I nuts?
Street seat belt allows enough movement that in the event of an accident you could knock your noggin on the front cage - even with padding this could be detrimental?

Although not Porsche specific this will give some insight why roll cage in a street car without a helmet is not recommended:

EDDIE - Thx again and will do.
P.J.S. - Hey bro, how are ya..... I've heard the arguments but I dont know the whole answer...... I will be padding good.
Thats why I chose the OEM clubsport cage....... If need be, i can just take out front.
If you or anyone else can send me to a link or a thread about street car and full cage, please do so.
Thank you for the concern bro

wear helmet when driving on street, then roll cage is ok.
the padding is as haard as the roll bar, you hit it with bearhead, you be dead.

Thx guys for all the help and replies......
My car is predominantly a street car.
I initially wanted a BSCI FIA roll bar padding but the padding was still hard for the street..... but BSCi makes a SFI padding for street driven cars with a full cage. SFI roll bar padding with a rubber padded cover.
For street, use the cover...... for track, take the cover off to expose the SFI padding.
