About the steering wheel: it's the original steering wheel, to which the 3 grey plastic pieces were replaced with carbon pieces. I purchased those from the guys at http://www.db-carbon-interior.com like most of the interior, quite happy with their service, they reply to emails most of the time within the hour and even during weekends. A couple parts were purchased from MAcarbon also.
