Default Throttle Potentiometer error

Hi guys,

A little background. Recently installed rennlines gas pedal with the metal hinge and extensions and what not. Recently I've been driving in the street and as I heel and toe downshifts, blipping as I come to a stop, I've noticed on two occasions that the car has issues with the throttle. I turn the car off and back on and the gas pedal works like normal and I pulled the codes with my durametric and it says throttle potentiometer.

I still need to disconnect the cable and inspect the pins to make sure nothing is bent or partially grounded etc...

Anyone else have these symptoms? Is it just time for a new pedal assembly?

Checked the electrical connections, all clean and in good shape... Have a new one on the way anyway...
