That is Fast!

If memory serves me, Red Scud was a little faster 1-2 sec, Silver Turbo and RS about the same as well as the White McLaren.

I'm the RS in there. What a track. I might have studied a few of the RL 2012 vids from LCMT before running

Track has tons of grip

Why not use blinkers to let cars pass?? Looks crazy waving your hand out the window.

No Race fuel....94 octane is a 3 minute drive from the track.

What happens if you accidentally hit the blinker?

Based on timed events (not PCA!) 1:51 for a 996 GT3 on Nitos is a very good time.
The 3.8 RS runs 1:46 on slicks - although one magician did a 1:43 in a "stock" Gt3 RS MK2.

Those times are based on the track transponder system at LCMT so no cheating

Anyone of the gang who'd like to join a Rennsport event, visit www. rennsport.ca and we use www.clubreg.net

Peter, while we were cruising around on street tires when you rode with me, you got extra points for not cringing Watching you on track, I'd say you picked up the line very quickly. Hope to see you at one of events again soon.

Oh and Raj, Porsche will put a manual tranny in the GT3 when Fiat does the same in the Scud

Best,

I don't know the track, but based on Peter's and Randy's lap times on RA-1s. 1:48s, I would say a 3.8RS on slicks should be faster than 46.
That was their first time there, I believe, so easily 2 seconds could be found over time.
Track looks like a lot of fun.

So you usually accidentally hit the blinker while going straight? I can understand the remark if you got pork chops for hands.

We are blessed to have tracks such as Tremblant, Mosport, the Glen, and Calabogie, all within relatively short driving distance.

Pointing by with the arm out the window is probably something that evolved through the driver ed programs; there nothing ambiguous about it, and it's a very deliberate action for a student who might have a 'lot' going on.

I let people by before entering or right after a corner as well.
