BTW, if anyone here grabs a BACmono outside of cali (outside of the SB100 loophole).. send me a PM for how to register it tax free and also emission/NHTSA/DOT worry free... i went thru hell on the atom but now know the proper way to register anything, hell i could probably register a shopping cart with a big block in it. lol.

**Edit** my comment above is not "evading" your local tax, but instead registering it: A, somewhere that encourages these type of vehicles, B, somewhere that does not assess sales tax on these type of vehicles... 100% legal ownership and fully registered with plates... just not in your home state

Wyoming far more tax friendly than FL and there's always New Hampshire, though not sure your thin FL blood could handle the temps.

considering the latest "NH" scams regarding car registration i would not recommend anyone try and "loophole" themselves into a NH registration.

long story short, using a friend or family address to register a car there to take advantage of the 0% sales tax will cost you A LOT more in the longrun than your local tax.

many other states have 0% sales tax however, there is just a VERY LARGE federal case going on right now with NH.

Didn't they test that KTM track car, reminds me of that. Just as long as you are not eating bugs.
