Grab a piece of timber (framing pine off cut), hold your bolt and bang it (thread down) a couple of times until it falls apart. Real easy and the timber ensures you don't damage the bolt as it dents instead
You may need a mini flat screw driver to pry away the metal ring from the base once its come apart. The grease tends to hold it in place...

^ real simple just bang it flat on some wood...I use my work bench and it falls apart. Search this forum and you will find the pdf's on what the grease and what not to grease in the CL nut...if not pm me you email and I will send them to you.

the big metal flat washer can be a pain to remove, as 911rox alludes to. i use a narrow sharp-ended kabob stick to gently lift it. the pointy end gets right in there. a screwdriver will work but i prefer wood to avoid scratching anything
