N/A cars typically always sound better than turbos; however, in the mp4's defense, it's one of the best sounding turbo cars out there. Has that nice flat plane v8 song as it screams to 8500rpm.

In all the videos I've seen of the MP4, the in-cockpit sound has been pretty good. However, I was at the ring two summers ago when Maclaren was trying to set the lap record. They had the track closed to other cars, and I watched an MP4 do multiple flying laps. What struck me the most was just how uninspiring it sounded from the outside. Kind of a muffled, low frequency drone. Not nearly as enticing as a Vette with a performance exhaust, and I generally do prefer the sound of a high RPM V8 with a flat plane crank.

The SOUND of the 4.0 is AWESOMENESS.

The 12C's numbers and tech are great but the experience it delivers seems to be analogous to really great meal served in class 1 clean room.
