I thought the rain in Atlanta would never stop. At least the w/e ended on a good note. The last two sessions were dry.

Maybe 1/4 of the people stayed. I stayed since Goldcrest is doing maintenance for me tomorrow.

At one point early today, Mark came over the PA and said "alright drivers, it's getting better. You can switch your wipers from high to medium". For a while I thought that was all we had to look forward to. LOL

Yea we've definitely had our fair share of rain so far this spring.

It rained so bad last weekend when I was running with PCA at AMP, that they combined run groups and ended Sunday at noon

Never took my cars out of the trailer. Grady, Sly & I packed up on Sunday mid morning and left at 11:00am. Wasn't worth it to me to stay another night in the hotel to maybe get 1 or 2 wet track sessions in even if it was going to stop raining as water was like a river running across the track. 10 hour drive looming over me and another night in the hotel...was in my own bed by 10pm last night.

But we will be back in 2 weeks for the David Murry Track Days event at Road Atlanta on May 20-21. If it isn't raining.
