Default Hello..New Member

Hello Folks-

Just signed up. Have an '07 RS 3.6...silver with orange wheels. Here in Monterey, CA. Just want to thank everyone who posts here for all the information with regards to new batteries, oil changes, etc. Super useful information, and I love the knowledge. Can't wait to get out there with the new Porsche community. Does anyone live local to me and is up for early a.m. weekend drives?

Cheers-

Neville

Congrats and welcome. Silver/orange is a limited combo.
You live in a gorgeous piece of geography.
A "million" years ago I was out there at Ft. Ord.

Welcome. You joined a great forum--can't tell you how much I have learned here. Love your car. With all that I have seen so far, I think the go to car will be the 3.6 RS, with a down-the-road 3.9 kit. All of the good with none of the bad.

Welcome. Although many will disagree, Silver IS the best color for the .1 RS.

Now you just need to get it on the track. Plenty of awesome tracks out your way.

You have entered into a forum that has great amounts of knowledge on these models.
It is a good time to be a RS owner especially with this online community.

Congrats on owning the last of the simple, turn key hot rod from porsche.

Default Thanks

Hi Folks,

Thanks for all the warm wishes. I've had the car for a while now but just finally had the chance to log in with you folks. The handling is so incredible, it makes all my other cars seem just .....well, ....just. I'm more of a show and shine guy, but fully realize that this car longs for the track. To each it's own I suppose. Hope to see many of you at the Porsche Corral at Leguna!
