Default Removing Grill Accent Piece

Hi All,
How do you remove the front red accent piece in the center of the grill on my 997.2 RS? Just checking to see if it snaps in place before major part removal.

Also, does anybody make a black one or is painting or wrapping the best option?
Gotta get the red off!

Thanks!

It is not removable, it is just part of the bumper painted a different color.

I would beg to differ. Just ordered the 3 black plastic pieces (L/C/R) for my .2 from Suncoast as they're a little pitted. Contact Ryan at Suncoast. He can help you out.

Just had my RS "lips" painted last week. They are part of the bumper. Here's an inside pic of an RS Bumper.
