Unorganized a bit. On day one they were letting people out in front of the front runners so we were getting traffic on the first hot lap and some people were oblivious to the fact that someone might pass them going 50-130 mph faster while they were warming up cooling down. NARRA needs a TT director badly with no real progression or requirements to get into TT. Newbs need help.
As for my car, I upped my spring rates to 900/1124 only to find out that my car did not have enough DF and grip with the A6's to make that work. Car wouldn't take a set for me. Still fast, but not at all confidence inspiring. Still ran 1:26.5 on some used A6's. On Sunday got to try the Pirelli slicks for the first time in the second session, went out, warming them up and checking temps. Got a 1:26.5 as I started picking up speed at about 8/10ths, then caught traffic before I could let loose. Was planning on getting after it in the next session and then the rain came. If I don't run 1:24 on those I will be extremely disappointed, much more grip than A6. Hence the move to slicks full time. Still going to reduce the spring rates some though.
