Default What's the maintenance schedule for 997.1 gt3?

Anything required at 20k,30k,40k,etc? And associated costs? Trying to get a handle at what I should look forward to at the stealerships.

Here you go:

And honestly, you can do the majority of this stuff yourself, these cars arent that hard to work on.

thanks for posting this. the time intervals and services are similar to the .2 non-gt3 cars, but the MILES are lower. I am guessing they are assuming in their suggestion the fact these are higher-strung engines that are driven harder. Example, spark plug on a .2 non-gt3 is 4 years, 40k miles.

Given most examples I've seen out there are lower miles, what sort of wear items are people seeing? In reading the sharkwerks page they mention the valve guides for example on 20k engines being upgraded, needing work, along with suggesting bearing replacement on the bottom end. I get this is part of the 3.9 upgrade... just wondering what others have seen.

From what I've read here these seem to be pretty solid engines, both reliability + maint-wise.

just oil change every 5k miles or every 3 trackday events and once a year tranny fluid change and once a year brake fluid flush with SRF if you track. easy DIY.
get aftermarket warrantee for RMS/FMS just in case.
if you have sweaty palms, new alcantara streering wheel and shift **** every 3 years lol.
