Hey Rennlisters,
I wanted everyone's opinion regarding these wheels. I know BBS is the favorite wheel on rennlist but what do you think of these motegi wheels. Some shops say the motegi is the up and coming modern style and bbs is the classic style. yay or nay on motegi wheels?

I clicked around on their website and it looks like they only have one forged wheel offered and the widest listed is 10 inches. That's not a good start. I didn't have a long enough attention span to determine where the wheels are manufactured.

Dont see a multi piece wheel. The BBS is hard to beat. The ability to spend 250 on an outer ring instead of replacing a whole wheel.
I have 5 sets between 2 cars so I am not up there with mooty and clarke. Getting close

BBS is great thanks to weight, strength and being rebuildable.
Motegi look nice however i do not know weight, strength or rebuildability.
I tend to use whatever is on the Cup car as the benchmark.

Those motegi's certainly look the part. Love those Y spokes. I'd take that for street use any day over BBS. Track? Go with the tried and tested--BBS.
