Somebody on these forums must have a couple of hundred milion laying around?

Do you want to build another Ferrari land in a sandbox or buy the real thing for pennies on the dollar?

I'll run (on) it for you.
I'm highly qualified.

Doesn't sound that bad, sounds like the guy wants to save his business more than the ring itself. Sounds like he's worried that the ring will be bought and run like every other track, for profit and the owners create in house entities for car rentals, track days, so on and so forth.

Sorry, but that doesn't sounds all bad to me, doesn't at all sound like the Ring will be closed. And surely the Gov. can put some restrictions on what can and can't be done with the property.

I have an idea

All the Rennlisters who live in California move to Florida

with the cost of living / taxes they save.......we buy Nordschleife. or better yet we probably can buy Germany, California taxes are crazy

Sebring could be such a fun place

Dude, you do NOT want that, I assure you. Half of them are moving here. You should take them first.

Thanks to law makers, us CA people are going to pay more now. Sunshine tax is very expensive now and real estate is getting more to be BS again. How's Florida? flat land... great RL people out there... maybe I ship my car out there and register as FL car and hang out with you guys drinking beer...

I would be willing to do that provided I am allowed to grind some of the bumps out of 17.

I have to say what makes sebring fun is the people too. What a blast

Only in Germany would you see people protest in an attempt to keep a racetrack owned by the government. About freaking time the place get privatized and properly run like a business, IMO.

Would you care to explain why you say that ? Because to me, it makes no sense.

This story is interesting because Bernie Ecclestone agreed to have F1 there on July 7th. I can't imagine he it soo happy that the venue is now for sale.

4.0RS Engine complete is $63k dealer cost
Not sure if that includes intake and maf sensor (I am told complete engines usually come without)

(As reported to me - just regurgitating what I was told)
