Rotors don't warp. They are either manufactured improperly, which does not mean you "warped" them by driving to hard, or it's uneven brake pad transfer layer. Sometime both, but rare. It's almost always just the latter.

For what it is worth I have also found situations where the tires have rotate or slid on the rim around up to 180 degrees from the valve stem. I get a bad vibration when braking. Change wheels or tires, problem went away. I know you said they checked the rotor for warpage but could it have been a bad tire, or balance issue??

I have never seen the pfc, been I or oem rotors warp and I have ran them to the point the pads have popped and spalled.

i dont know.
i dont like to think.
i like simple stuff.
oem, pfc, bremob i trust
i hate bedding pads (foreplay is waste of time, you could have done 4 or 5 in that time)
i go full bore on lap one
if it fails, i blame equipment
so far so good
