Nice. Is it part of your collection now? If so congrats.

The 3.8 gray RS at Miller also sold this week.

I'm not big on light greens for 911s (including the long nose cars) but that is a great photograph.

If someone bought that blue one, I imagine they paid around MSRP. All they need to do is strip off the stickers and they've got a great car. I only hope it's to be driven. If it's to a collector to put in a garage, well, that's their prerogative and I don't begrudge them their way of expressing an interest in cars, but I can only hope for RS 4.0's to show up on the secondary market well driven, not as auction fodder to explore the greater fool theory of speculation.

I tried to order a PTS 4.0 but local dealer said Porsche Canada wouldn't allow the order. Allocation was mine but I passed it up.

Kind of glad I did ... ended up buying a 1 acre building lot 5 min from work.

As stated elsewhere, Porsche did 3.8 RS and especially a 4.0 owners a major favor with the new 991 GT3.....

I can't believe that Larry Cable hasn't commented on this car.

Oh no! You forgot the age old automotive enthusiast axiom "You can live in your car but you can't drive your house!" ;-)

Buildings are overrated. I own a few. No fun.

Love the greens and I would have bought this blue one in a heartbeat if I could. So special because of the color, but mine is more pure and so also special and I hope it never shows up on the secondary market while I'm alive..

I still have hope for the 991RS. They have to do a 180 though..

I guess I really wasn't dreaming. It rolled off the truck today........I've already taken for a spin. Ok, it cost a lot, but last I checked, it's the last of the manual transmissions in the GT3s. At least Voodoo Blue it is in the hands of a rennlister. Porsche North Houston was great to work with
