Default Cup splitter

So im trying the cup spliiter for .2GT3..

Am i missing something? There is nothing to line up the holes with. I was gonna use zip tie to just hold them together with the plastic fender parts...

You're not missing anything...you just have to improvise.

Mine got caught and pulled out whenever I backed off of the trailer. Doesn't happen with the OEM piece.

I have a small plastic piece that hangs down from the back of the bumper cover, but I don't see it in your pic. I made a small hole in that and put a plastic push fastener through the hole in your pic and into the plastic piece. It bends the lip inward very slightly, but gets the job done. I'll get a pic to better explain myself though.

You could out the little fender gurneys on to make it morer solid like on 3.1 below, but even just shoved in I had nevere had one come out, just stuff it in and it should be fine.

If I dont scrape on anything, this will never move...but I just scraped it coming off my driveway (it is definately lower than oem by an inch or so). Since i have nothing holding the side, it just get pushed/flared out.

Not sure if this is true but what if gen 2 cup splitter is as flexible as gen 1. Wouldnt it be better for durability since if flexes a lot more? I think gen 1 is like fruit rollup soft. But maybe stiffer material deflects higher wind speed and generates more down force....

Anyhow, I am loving the cup splitter =)

I feel like something should be here... maybe it went missing when I "lost" the OEM piece at the track =)

The hole doesnt even line up with anything. Just hangs down.

They are just like the rocker panels. you're supposed to kick them every time you walk around the car ;-)
Orbit made me some brackets and added the fender gurneys and everything was real solid, but now i just kick them. on the track no problemnever had one come out at the end more than 5mm but if i scrape real bad so that the whole lip rolls under tha car sometimes the end pops out..This rarely happens in flatland Florida.

I'll just kick it like Trakcar does. Maybe I'll go as fast as he will then... =)
