Thanks rich... haven't talked to you in a while. Are you runnin' round in an F-car or Mclaren?

I was just kidding. Cort and I go back several years. He was driving my car in the video where the tire let go. Better him than me. At those speeds, at the Glen, it could have been much worse.

Hehe I know I figured:P As I'm sure everyone who's seen/met him at the track, honestly the most humble and fun chap out there. Just happens to have jedi driving skills.

Let me tell ya'. He was putting on a clinic when he drove the car, against some very quick guys.

Wicked dry sense of humor too.

Congrats on the purchase!

Spent a month in that thing. Still think about the engine, in particular. Still may be the best flat six I've ever tried. The power, the noises, the flexibility, the reward. Yum.

Rebekah (very out of character): "Ooh look, if you move over, there's a gap and you can wind it out."
Pete (very in character): "Okay."
Pete (mentally): Well, now that we're at 6k, we may as well go to 8800...

The last point was a form of logic applied often.

Default Yep it's me:

Thanks for all the props guys, yeah that ride in Klaskins Cup Car at the Glen was a fun one. My eyes were about as big as the cylinder holes in Kermit's block when that tire let go. I kept thinking, " Klaskin is gonnf F_#@*#G kill me if I wad this thing up", especially if I also took that beautiful half a million dollar GT3RSR with me as I was passing him.

Kermit rocks, Magnus Walker can keep all his under powered rust buckets, this thing is the original canyon slayer and having just a few laps on Mulholland I plan on keeping that way. Thanks again Alex for having the passion, skill and fortitude to build such cool Hot Rod's...keep up the good work.

Seriously, you probably saved it. The tab for repairs was peanuts. I still need to send you that bumper cover.

Kermit's bitchin'. I wish I was still in LA, so we could...you know...swap...

Default Hi Jenk

Sold the 458 coup, have a spider coming next month. Have been wheeling a Mac 12c for about 8 months, it's a serious weapon. The car is really well balanced, huge grunt and never steps out of line. The performance envelope of the 12c is huge, on par with just about anything and it's super easy to tool around town in as well. With proper tires it would be the ultimate weapon but I have yet to see proper MPSC or Trofeo R's in the right sizes. You gonna be up at the GLEN for the POC weekend, I hope to see you there.
Peace.
