Plus a "video team" and GoPros on all the cars in the group.
Yup.
Did that to me, too. And then bragged about it when I asked him what was up back at the garage.

Seems like this is the kind of driver who makes DEs a little precarious. Unlike a race that requires licensing, log book, etc., DE class assignment is nothing more than stated experience. So you get everything from the safe, experienced driver in the Boxster to the shuffle-steering affront to smoothness in the GT2.
As DEs get more popular, wouldn't it be cool if there were a way to show your experience and training level from one DE to the next? Just an idea, but we're all out there relying on each other to be predictable and safe, and this video is a great example of neither. Yet he's running at an advanced DE in a 505 lb-ft. car.

Hey Seth, it's Miguel. Good times hanging out fri and sat nights. Must repeat.
Im pretty sure I was behind this guy when he got a black flagged but I couldn't tell for what. He pitted in, then I got a little paranoid it was for me for following to close so I crawled up the front straight. He then came blazing out of the pit and I was behind him again. . Car is fast in the straights (combined w my turtle exit speeds out of 11 and 19).

For all the PCA events, drivers have to progress through the system (green, yellow, yellow solo (blue), white, black), so I would think you won't see situation like this in a PCA event.. (typically in order to move to the next level, there's a general guideline on how much experience you should have, and require a check out ride, etc. although I guess the requirement probably varies from region to region)
