I have seen SSTHO's car. It is very nice. It being set-up and maintained by Orbit is worth something too. They are very meticulous.

Thanks Tom, Peter, and Lindsay. No focus on cars at the moment due to work, new baby, new diet/exercise change. No time yet to hunt for my "R.Blake Standard 996 Cup project".

Yes, TRAKCAR and Champion will be helping me with the listing of my car. It's at Orbit getting new rotors, and new front Cup splitter right now after all fluid changes from Winterfest.

I don't want to be involved with the transaction as I can't answer any question intelligently in comparison to TRAKCAR. Champion will be listing it for me. Orbit knows the full history of the car right from its delivery mileage.

Most information can be found here:

https://rennlist.com/forums/997-gt2-...ime-frame.html

Since I've bought the car in Sept/Oct 2012, I've added a Sharky Bypass because car doesn't sound right to me without it. Original Ti muffler is boxed up and included. Changed the red instrument cluster and red sport chrono back to standard dials. Added rear center console in Alcantara and got rid of the painted white center console. Also have 18" OZ track wheels for the car. Probably some other small items too.

Since owning the car, I've had only visits to FL:
- Nov 2012 from Orbit Racing to Sebring and back for 2 day track weekend with Chin Motorsports
- Jan 2013 from Orbit Racing to Sebring and back for Winterfest with PBOC

I'll wait until it is listed then post a detailed listing on this forum. Appreciate the interest guys.

That buy it now price is a little bizerko. It doesn't even have full leather. I'm guessing thats equal to the original sale price. sheesh! I'm going to have a looksy anyways.

If so... There's one born everyday!

I really think we're seeing a little bump in this market due to limited supply and the fact PCNA will not have gt3s to the US until late 2013 as 2014 models. The RS at least a year later? As a 2015/16?

I think prices will level out as spring approaches and more cars come to market and long as demand does not increase...

If you're on the fence about selling I would get it listed now. Just my 2c..

Perhaps. Or maybe someone wanted the car and had the means for it. Given that it may be the last of the manual GT3, I can understand this. If you like PDK great. Personally I find paddles boring on the street and I'm not racing my street car. If you really want to go fast on track, get a cup car or at least a prepped race car of some sort. For DE work, the manual RS is plenty fast.
